Pros

- Company culture is great. There a lot of young people and a lot of ways to get involved and/or hang out outside of work. - All of my direct project managers were amazing. There was no micromanaging and employees want to see each other succeed. - You get paid extra if you work OT but I never felt pressured to work extra hours. - Free coffee and snacks every day. Ping pong table. Free alcohol after work hours. - Great place to dip your toe in the water of Full Time government contracting work.

Cons

- Pressure to be involved in and attend extracurricular that you do not get paid for in order to be well liked by upper management. The great work you could do on your projects is not enough to get good year end reviews. - They say bonuses are based on how well you do your work and how much you work (OT included), but my experience was that bonuses were the same no matter what. Fake transparency. - Company leaders say they want constructive feedback, but don't act on it and deny there is anything wrong/any way of improvement if you do tell them your feedback. - The HR guy is not actually an HR guy. The IT guy sucks.
