Because there's more work than people, you may find yourself on two or three projects, getting to grow multiple skillsets at once (coding, data visualization, portfolio management, independent cost assessments). They try to hire highly motivated and really intelligent people, they succeed most of the time
Cons
Since it's a small consulting company, the pay isn't as competitive as the larger consulting companies. The paid overtime and year-end bonuses help to make up for the salary difference, but don't expect a big bonus if you don't put in some unpaid work, like internal training initiatives or proposal writing.
