Pros

I have been working at Technomics for over three years and still look forward to coming to work every day. Coworkers have become my best friends and have helped me grow and learn more than I could have imagined. The open door policy encourages constant collaboration and allows younger employees to soak in SME knowledge day in and day out. The work itself is challenging and exciting. New tasks and opportunities allow me to continually expand my skills and help the client in whatever way is needed. In addition to great people and work, the work life balance is exactly what I had hoped for. Flexible hours, casual dress, excellent benefits, and a convenient location all attribute to my day-to-day happiness. Being a small employee-owned company encourages all members to put the company and others first and always strive to produce quality products efficiently. Team building activities and community involvement opportunities help Technomics feel more like a family than a company. I feel very lucky to be a part of the Technomics' team and truly can't see myself ever leaving!

Cons

Parking in the building is pricey. Additionally there have been a lot of management changes over the past couple of years and some people have more difficulty adapting to change. I see the change as positive and am excited to see what the future holds for Technomics.
