Pros
- Exposure to Excel - coffee and snacks provided
Cons
- management ranges from being detrimentally hands-off to aggressive, off-putting and rude - promotion timeline is seemingly purposefully vague, instead you'll receive banal reminders of the company's ESOP program of which 90% of new hires will never benefit from - hostile grind culture, blatant emphasis on getting contract hours/statistics up. CEO talks read like a political antagonist explaining how to juke stats - social issues relevant to the industry are treated as treasonous if broached, do not engage if you hold any degree of resentment towards the military industrial complex - average social intelligence is very very low If you are fresh out of college or grad school, I highly, highly recommend looking elsewhere.
