Hire and fire - Full Stack Java Developer Technumen Employee Review

Many of the positive reviews here appear misleading, as I have personally seen several colleagues being laid off. The company hires strictly based on project requirements, even if the project is only for 6 months or 1 year. Note that they won't will give clear picture on project duration. There is only one major client (Liberty Mutual), so work depends entirely on that single project. Once the project ends, employees are layed off. There is no bench policy or internal project allocation. Overall, it operates more like a hire-and-fire model rather than offering long-term job stability.
