      Pros

      Everyone has a ton of enthusiasm, and everyone's intentions are great.

      Cons

      Management has a hard time having difficult conversations. They're very focused on executing, moving things forward, but because they don't like to have difficult conversations, often are moving forward towards the wrong things.

      Good pay, $34/hour, 15 hours a week, during classes. Experience with a VC on a resume and startups

      Cons

      Only 15 an hour if you have more time, total pay is capped at 5k for the program
