      Pros

      You do work with some really great people and they are very passionate about what they do. You also work with great companies within the portfolio. The CEOs are great.

      Cons

      It's completely disorganized with little focus other than short term. There is an organizational realignment that occurs once a year. The COO is ruining the culture.

      Pros

      Good pay, $34/hour, 15 hours a week, during classes. Experience with a VC on a resume and startups

      Cons

      Only 15 an hour if you have more time, total pay is capped at 5k for the program
