      1. Good management 2. Average payout 3. All white dominated work culture

      Cons

      Don't join if you are not white. It's heaven for white people with skills. Blacks/Browns will suffer in toxic environment. All the above pros doesn't apply if you are black. even compensation is less for blacks. They don't care for your opinion or take your skills seriously

      Pros

      Good pay, $34/hour, 15 hours a week, during classes. Experience with a VC on a resume and startups

      Cons

      Only 15 an hour if you have more time, total pay is capped at 5k for the program
