      Pros - interesting mission, complex business model that provides a lot of opportunity, ambitious goals

      Cons

      Cons - Company culture seems to be shifting rapidly for the worse. Slowly stripping away benefits that are directly related to employee happiness in order to squeeze out ever more work.

      Good pay, $34/hour, 15 hours a week, during classes. Experience with a VC on a resume and startups

      Cons

      Only 15 an hour if you have more time, total pay is capped at 5k for the program
