      Pros

      The people were the best at Techstars. Highly motivated, talented, and kind people.

      Cons

      Techstars has had multiple rounds of layoffs, with the last one cutting deeply into engineering. Can't recommend to a friend because of the layoffs.

      Good pay, $34/hour, 15 hours a week, during classes. Experience with a VC on a resume and startups

      Cons

      Only 15 an hour if you have more time, total pay is capped at 5k for the program
