      Provides an excellent culture to develop analytical skills in a team environment. The company truly values its employees far more than the average consulting firm. Benefits and retirement plans are excellent.

      Base salary is low and can be difficult for an entry level analyst.

      Pros

      Terrific support, mentorship, and training from management. Good company culture and it’s an employee-owned company! Extremely good retirement and health care benefits.

      Cons

      Because the retirement and healthcare benefits are so good, the actual salary is lower than some expect.

      Cons

      Seemingly limited performance based career/compensation growth. Years of experience in a relevant field that is marketable is ultimately what gets promotions and senior positions.
