      Really nice people, great retirement benefits.

      Cons

      The company doesn't have much vision for the future. They're very narrowly focused. While their retirement matching is good, they have a ridiculous vesting schedule for employees.

      Terrific support, mentorship, and training from management. Good company culture and it’s an employee-owned company! Extremely good retirement and health care benefits.

      Cons

      Because the retirement and healthcare benefits are so good, the actual salary is lower than some expect.

      Great people to work with, great overall compensation package (medical, retirement)

      Cons

      Seemingly limited performance based career/compensation growth. Years of experience in a relevant field that is marketable is ultimately what gets promotions and senior positions.
