      Pros

      Benefits are amazing, they will work with you if you don't have a clearance but are able to get one.

      Cons

      Salary takes a cut due to benefits. There's a training but it's not really applicable to your day-to-day job. You don't get to grow certain skills listed in the job description.

      Pros

      Terrific support, mentorship, and training from management. Good company culture and it’s an employee-owned company! Extremely good retirement and health care benefits.

      Cons

      Because the retirement and healthcare benefits are so good, the actual salary is lower than some expect.

      Great people to work with, great overall compensation package (medical, retirement)

      Cons

      Seemingly limited performance based career/compensation growth. Years of experience in a relevant field that is marketable is ultimately what gets promotions and senior positions.
