      Lots and Lots of meetings My current boss doesn't understand about needing time off bc of weather headquarters is on the west coast so they do not experience the same things as we do here on the east coast.

      Terrific support, mentorship, and training from management. Good company culture and it’s an employee-owned company! Extremely good retirement and health care benefits.

      Cons

      Because the retirement and healthcare benefits are so good, the actual salary is lower than some expect.

      Great people to work with, great overall compensation package (medical, retirement)

      Cons

      Seemingly limited performance based career/compensation growth. Years of experience in a relevant field that is marketable is ultimately what gets promotions and senior positions.
