      Great management, great benefits. With health coverage this makes an ideal company for having a family.

      Starting salary is a little low for the area but the full value of the benefits makes up for this.

      Pros

      Terrific support, mentorship, and training from management. Good company culture and it’s an employee-owned company! Extremely good retirement and health care benefits.

      Cons

      Because the retirement and healthcare benefits are so good, the actual salary is lower than some expect.

      Great people to work with, great overall compensation package (medical, retirement)

      Cons

      Seemingly limited performance based career/compensation growth. Years of experience in a relevant field that is marketable is ultimately what gets promotions and senior positions.
