Pros
Tecolote has amazing benefits. It takes a while for some of us who start out entry level to realize the full value of the benefits, but in reality they are great. We have a great team of managers who I feel truly care about us, the employees. Tecolote is a flexible and understanding company - if you have an issue, talk to your manager and chances are they will work to resolve the problem. My boss has been very understanding with my schedule and health concerns and I don't think I'd find this kind of understanding elsewhere.
Cons
As an administrative employee sometimes other employees forget that I'm a human being, however the majority of employees here are AMAZING and sweet, caring people who I enjoy working with every day.
