Pros

Pay and benefits are competitive

Cons

In my opinion, employees are not valued/recognized. Safety is not a priority in my opinion. First aid boxes, and AED's are there. Not aware of trained employees to use them, or a formal first aid team. Very high turnover rate. High stress company. Lots of new ways to make things better.....same poor results. Management does not have tact when communicating with employees . Positive motivation is non existent. Not a Destination company to work for.

Pros

Inspiring Leadership: The company has undergone a real transformation under its current leadership—there’s a clear vision, strong momentum, and an authentic commitment to growth and improvement. Mission-Driven Work: It's incredibly rewarding to know your work directly impacts patients' lives. Every product that leaves our facilities helps someone heal, move, or live better. Exciting Time to Join: Tecomet is on an upward trajectory—investing in new technologies, expanding its customer base, and modernizing operations. It feels like being part of a winning team. Great People: There’s a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration. Across the company, you'll find passionate, hardworking people who are proud of what they do. Innovation and Investment: Significant investments in automation, quality systems, and operational excellence make it an exciting place to work for those who love solving problems and building something better. Global Opportunities: With manufacturing sites across the globe, there are great chances to work on international projects or even grow into global roles.

Cons

Fast-Paced Environment: Things are moving quickly, which is exciting—but it can also be a lot to keep up with if you’re not used to change or ambiguity. Growing Pains: As the company evolves, some legacy processes and systems still need to catch up. Leadership is aware and making progress, but it takes time. Stretch Roles: High performers may find themselves wearing multiple hats—which can be a great growth opportunity, but may stretch work-life balance at times. Variation by Site: The employee experience can differ depending on which location you’re at—some facilities are more modernized than others.
