A truly unethical company.

Cons

They use everything pirated, IT dept is filled with idiots who don't understand what exactly is the problem, there is no support if something goes wrong, company runs depending on the availability of the House Keeping department, when escalated to the responsible person, you get a blunt reply from them, stating don't work, but when the same thing is escalated to CEO, he says that is company policy, but the work has to go on and I don't want to listen to excuses

Lovely offices, most managers are great. Helpful to H1B processes.

Cons

Issues ignored or back burnered. Minimal Management direction and antiquated processes in finance and HR. Antiquated systems in some departments. Family run, meaning no accountability for some. Perfection is championed. Forward momentum continually thwarted by competing priorities, priorities are undefined or consistently changing without communication.
