Cons
Where do I begin... This place is being ran by people who have really no clue what they're doing. They are trying to scale at such a rapid pace but don't have the backbone or the product to do it. Goals are so far out of reach that it's near impossible. Zero support on how to achieve the goals but will breathe down your neck if you don't hit them. Micromanaging is a huge thing here. Pay is subpar. There are many other companies in the Salt Lake and Happy valley that are far better and more secure. Look elsewhere. The culture is nonexistent. They claim that people don't quit, which is true. They either get laid off or fired and it happens it often and frequently. They hire to fill seats, make calls, and send emails. They don't put forth the effort in getting the best person for the job.
