Pros
Unlimited paid time off, lunch always provided, incredibly intelligent and innovative coworkers, career development and upper mobility are always a focus of the human resources department. The culture is also sincere rather than forced and cringe-worthy. There's a lot of really intelligent people who are easy to work with on the ground-floor. It seems that the majority of the company is focused on the same goals and trying to help each other out. It's been a hard-fought war to create cohesion between departments but I think we've almost arrived at a really great space.
Cons
The pure unfettered chaos of Startup Life™. There's a LOT of abrupt and sudden changes. While many thrive in this, there's a lot of really great talent lost in the chaos. Getting organized, stable, and focusing on basics like stable working environments and equipment is key. Focusing on developing a stable product is another great focus and key that Teem would do well to commit to for future success. Overall, though, the future is very bright for this company.
