Pros

A great work environment. Leadership is very approachable and doors are always open. They really want to get to know you and help you achieve your goals. If the opportunity is there, they'll approach you about it. Management is good at remembering the little things, I think that speaks volumes. Benefits are very competitive.

Cons

Sometimes opportunities can be limited due to the size of the company.

They offer education assistance and are very friendly. The work environment is very comfortable, and everyone is open to any questions you may have or will help explain something if you are not too familiar with it.

Pros

Sure, they’ll hire you but beware empty promises. Their benefits are good but HR is lacking.

Cons

They sell you on family values, the support they’ll offer, and how great they are but after you start working the communication stops. HR was awful and unhelpful.
