Pros
A lot of experience engineers and some very good products so it is a good place to learn a lot of things in a steady pace.
Cons
High-level management team is always changing so the strategy is always changing. This makes product development very very hard as the target is drifting every 2~3 years. Along with this is continuous lay-off.
