Well run with very experienced, competent management. Worldwide presence and growing rapidly in Asia. Provide sufficient training to learn how to effectively use the renowned Danaher Business System. Collaborative management team with very little politics.
Cons
The company sets very demanding objectives that it expects its managers to focus on and meet as close as possible. So the stress level can be too high for some. As is typical with a company this size, the management structure is matrixed. So you need to know how to manage conflicts between your solid-line boss and your dotted-line boss.
