Pros
Great place if you are a white male of dubious moral character. It wasn't always like this, but it has been for a few years.
Cons
Horrible place if you are female. I'm not sure how many men I mentored over the years get promoted right past me. Over and over again. The loudest, most vile man in the room will always get the best assignments, most recognition. These same vile men will sabotage work equipment, storage devices, laptops, what have you. Management not interested in fixing that, they are interested in covering their alcoholic comrade's harassment for him. They give a LOT of lip service to their Speak Up (policy violation reporting plan), but from experience, it is 100% to cover their legal backside.
