If you like driving results, like the corporate lifestyle and are willing to give them your soul. Then you'll love it here.
Cons
They drive more and more expectation while giving you no space to breath. All (most) managers are from outside the company, come in without the willingness to learn what makes Tek great. Mindset that everyone is replaceable. And they are only about results... No empathy. This was more true then ever during covid.
