Not a good company to work for - Operations Tekwissen Employee Review

Company has shown poor treatment to employees. Lower than market value salary and pay. Poor controls and reporting. Human Resources does not follow through with training outsourced team members about socially acceptable norms, when it comes to social media presence. And when confronted about it, refers to racist posts as silly games and dress up. Owner is passive aggressive at best when it comes to employee engagement. Many of the good reviews made on glass door do not represent the work environment of the corporate office.
