1. Very first, there's only one HR for office who just knows to verify employee timings and leaves. 2. There's no process in the office 3. Employee appraisals are very less 4. There is no growth in business 5. There are only 15 employees since last two year 6. Employees will hardly stay for 1 year 7. They planned to send employee on-site but they cancelled on-site visit 2 days before flight
