Tekzenit is like the kid in high school who wants to be one of the cool crowd but just doesn't seem to comprehend how... lack of trust/direction verbally abusive management HR is a joke... all 3+ star resviews are written by them. everything is built on a buddy-buddy system: your ideas do not count unless the manager is your relative or friend expect calls on Sundays.. no work/life balance... if you work normal hours and get your projects done in the 40 h timeframe you are frowned upon by management and called lazy rude business analysts awful days off.... 14 in total (accumulating 1.3 a month) for vacation, national/religious holidays, sick days, bad weather... so if it snows/ices and you are stuck at home you are out of a day off/not getting payed pay is poor no opportunity of growth professional/career company lies about the number/size of their clients THEY MAKE A POINT TO CALL YOUR NEW EMPLOYER WHEN YOU PUT IN 2 WEEKS AND BADMOUTH THEM!! PATHETIC.
