Pros

1. Team is strong and good to work with 2. New projects coming in 3. Good communication from amanagement 4. Employee feedback is taken seriously. Unprofessional/rude managers and staff are not tolerated. Work is satisfying. Overall experience is positive. Good guidance and support from the main office in USA. I see potential for growth and expansion for this company

Cons

Office politics and micro issues that are seen in all software teams are seen here tool. Nothing new or bad to be reported. Some problems are blown out of proportion and glassdoor is used for expressing negative feelings.
