      Pros

      Well the '0' has significant impact on modern computing and now a days you can't imagine the world without '0' So Zero is a hero. But not here, hence I count '0' when it comes to Pros except some smart people who are left overs.

      Cons

      Well its infinity, 1. Bad HR. 2. Family runs the business. 3. Everyone on the middle & upper level are some how connected to each other. 4. They can talk about their rights & employee's responsibility, If you do so you are fired (I had seen few incidents). 5. HR tells to the BG verification team, that you are fired though you are resigned due to above 'Slave' policy & I'm the witness & the victim. 6. If you have work (bad) experience with this company (HR) just wipe it out before you pursue for other.
