Pros
* Values the employee(s) atleast in my case. * Very brilliant exposure to trending technical application stack. * Very good IT infrastructure, No need to setup a one. Everything is set up including the git workflows.(Just get acquainted to this) * Technology stack is simply excellent and one can witness the brilliance of craftsmanship of the architects/senior designers. * One cannot witness the code quality elsewhere even in big MNC's.
Cons
Many downsides being observed, cannot list all of them in detail for brevity** * Lack of or no synchronization altogether between India and its US counterpart. * Lack of professional maturity both by the recruited employees as well as high cadre manager(s), Though I agree that recruitment was a big loggerhead for the company and they quietly settled with less skilled employees. (** During my tenure **) * 3/4 th of the employees used to sit idle or do something irrelvant(Political plots, brewing up cinema stories) * No technical trainings or prep/brainstorming meetings with its counterpart whoever has contributed to the technical artefacts. * The only reason for my exit was " Even though the employees are technically strong, some guidance has to be provided to the employees on the usage of their technical stack from US architects. * Despite all this happening, dont know why the global CEO doesnt even indulge or shows interest in project execution in India offices and this puzzled me alot during my tenure.
