Pros
Being at Tek(centure/zenit) for more than two years now, I've learned a lot of things. The main positives I can say about the company is that they have an extremely passionate HR system. Starting at the top with the CEO and COO, they're both amazing people who want to help you and keep you on the team no matter what. Sriman is definitely a person you could go to and just sit down and talk to if you need something. He'll never say no to you and he's always there (although he's also extremely busy). The environment is great, you don't often find companies where you hear nerf guns shooting in the background or Halloween decorations everywhere in your departments. Breakroom / snacks, pretty obvious it's great. They've cut down slightly but with a growing company you can't always have the same items. The work itself, it's great being able to have an open schedule for clients. Although things can get hectic with the load, there's always someone else to help you if needed. You'll never just be stuck in the mud, you just have to ask. Learning, since I've been here I've learned a ton by myself, from coworkers, and just being an independent contractor for clients. The freedom lets you learn as much as you can while still enjoying yourself.
Cons
Tek grew extremely fast, that being a good and bad thing. Things can go unchecked at times because of it. Although, currently, they are working to get to a lot of those backburner items which is great. I think Holiday's got cut a bit from the days in the past years, which is unfortunate. Sometimes the balance/hierarchy can be a little off but I believe they are working on that situation as well. Billing definitely needs to be stepped up a bit. Overall, this company is great to work for but it has its items it needs to work on. Because it's growing so fast it can get out of control a bit but the experience has been getting a lot better. I think they're going in the right direction.
