      Pros

      A very flexible "for the employee" attitude with the Senior Mgmt always approachable, a very much open door policy. They are very receptive to new ideas and encourage a healthy environment to work in and achieve your career goals while performing at a high level. Though may be much smaller in size when compared to the big players in the market but they are way ahead in the ways they take care of the employee. Great place to be !!!

      Cons

      Process may be lacking at this point but of late a lot of focus has been on installing the processes into projects. Another area of focus could be training for employees on the latest technologies.

      Thank you for your feedback! As we grow we are continuing to develop our processes and policies including annual reviews and our handbook. One of our main focuses in 2015 is completing and implementing these updates.

      Cons

      While not a con, it’s advisable for the company to implement a strong marketing strategy to attract more clients\projects, reducing reliance on a few major contracts and mitigating potential workload uncertainty.
