      Pros

      The people I worked with were great, there was culture, there was collaboration and learning from each other.

      Cons

      Middle management at that time didn't have a system of giving yearly reviews and would forget other employees. Salaries were given to some and unfair percentage. No room to grow. You are expected to work more than 8 hours, even got a call at 1am from creative director to work on a deck. Next day didn't even get recognition during stakeholder meeting.
