I can't find any pros to be honest. I don't see any pros with this management.
Cons
Indian management feels like Kings and dictators and treats employees as slaves. It means rules only for slaves!!!!. They Feel like above all and rule won't apply to them. In recent meetings they ordered employees no to take any holidays on Monday/Friday but day after the meeting at least one member of management is taking leave on Friday or Monday. You will face severe criticism if you are taking lunch breaks for more than 30 mins but they will use office time everything like for gym, movie, shopping and games in office time. If you leave early for 15 minutes in 9 hours/day. you will be consider as irregular. They will stay only for 6hrs including this internment activities. Here is one cabin lady like white elephant for the company but no one knows why she needs separate cabin, shes uses that cabin for sleeping, chatting in skype and booking tickets in bookmyshow. Mostly her job is creating skype groups with some group of employees and make comments on other employees with some filthy words. Moreover you can't as for hikes then you have to listen a story about the company losses but irony is 60% of the company salary is taken by 3 people with recent hikes there salary goes up to 70% and remaining employees salary goes down to 30%. These people are not ready to take any responsibility, enjoying on company's money. If management feels pressure from US office, they will fire one employee and continue their enjoyment.
