1.hr will add non-related persons in bcc while sending mails to the employees 2.hr will change the matter of a mail while forwarding to some one 3.(hr/manager/md )they will threaten on every point (pf,relieving,salary,hike,verification) 4.they arranged some chamchas in employees to create issues between employees 5.they have created issues to pregnants also 6.first they will promise you to relieve you with in certain time period.but they won’t relieve you even u loose the job 7.they are good actors when US employees are here, at the same time they will threaten employees if any one trying to tell reality about the hyd office 8.they always try to trap employees with the help of chamchas n relatives 9.they are cheating employees,clients and ceo. 10.here employees are bothered about work,projects but management have concerned over their own salaries,gym,shopping,jokes on employees. 11.hr calls the employees as items before other employees when you are not there.same thing will happen to every one if that employee is not there. 12.you need to record every thing while talking with manager/hr/md. because they wont stick on their promises.
