Good health insurance and unlimited PTO for salaried employees---if you are hourly , good luck with getting time off in the first 6 months.
Cons
You are just a number in this organization and very replaceable although your workload is very heavy. My duties when I initially was hired changed very quickly -to my surprise . They are very strict about login times for remote workers (being even one minute behind due to tech issues is cause enough for management to reprimand you). If you clock out at 5pm and someone needs something at 4:59pm, you are expected to help that person no matter how long it takes even though your shift is supposed to be over : you are required to continue working even if you have other things to do after work. Leadership is difficult to get in contact with in real time which is frustrating because you don't get access to leadership's schedule so you aren't sure which supervisors are working and available when you need immediate assistance. It's ridiculous and inefficient. Teladoc keeps acquiring all these companies with their own processes and policies and are trying to merge them with Teladoc processes and policies but there does not.seem to be a clear cut , uniform policy that exists. Everyone seems to just do what they want and it's chaotic. I would not recommend this company.
