      Pros

      The company culture is extremely toxic, the only advantage is the fact I was able to network with other companies during some demos because they have a very misogynistic leadership team and lack clarity

      Cons

      If you need to grow your career and you are woman DO NOT WORK HERE In terms of technology it would be a great company to work for longterm bc the domain is interesting but the politics internally make these a detractor. They do not cascade information, they have no client clarity and they have no HR so any time of guidance or reporting doesn't exist In terms of support after raising issues over and over still didn't get any progress and just had to leave. I chose to be unemployed and fix my mental health over the team which sucks bc I started with high hopes

      Longevity, routine, consistent pay, equipment

      Cons

      No growth potential. Stagnant pay. No salary increases. Company prefers to promote internally, but only if you are friends with the managers. Everyone else has no chance at all. Failed managers get promoted. Lack of diversity in upper management. Very few clients. Overqualified staff for simple tasks. Company does not hire interns or people fresh out of college. Everyone is older and grumpy for the most part. Consistent layoffs year after year. New hires last a couple months at most. Management agrees to client demands without understanding the team and resources needed to meet their needs leaving the actual workers unable to meet deadlines.
