Being able to work with a diverse group of students.

Cons

And they expect you to act as if your license teacher and do not provide provide you the training to do so. They also pay you less than half of what a licensed teacher would receive. The new directors horrible and ever since she came in the place to turn over has been ridiculous. They haven’t been able to keep anyone.

Loved the interactions with the families and children. I stayed busy.

Cons

A lot of micromanaging. I thankfully didn’t experience this myself but noticed it among others.
