Benefits and clients. That's really it.

Cons

Poor and unorganized management. Everyone seemed burned out, cynical and overall miserable. It's probably the worst work culture I have ever seen. A great deal of favoritism. Clients were not well taken care of. No team work. I was bullied due to sexism most of my time while employed with them. My manager was aware of the bullying and took no steps to stop the situation. HR was notified of bullying during my exit interview.

Loved the interactions with the families and children. I stayed busy.

Cons

A lot of micromanaging. I thankfully didn’t experience this myself but noticed it among others.
