The work that the company do is great

Cons

The people in charge are not great. Not enough representation of the majority of people served by Telamon. Leadership is 100% white, and 98% served are black and brown familys.

Loved the interactions with the families and children. I stayed busy.

Cons

A lot of micromanaging. I thankfully didn’t experience this myself but noticed it among others.
