Pros

Standard 401k, some matching, dental/medical You fill a lot of different roles, regardless of the job you join for. So this is good if you are looking to add skills to your resume.

Cons

No structure. Schedules change randomly. No raises and bonuses have loopholes. Poor work from home ability for a tech medical company. Management seems frantic. Providers get different and more benefits than employees. Little choice in health insurance. No checks and balances. Policies are non-existent or not enforced.

Pros

Management really cares about the work they are doing and are very supportive. I had the chance to grow in my skills and learn new things about the healthcare industry as a newcomer. I had great comprehensive training during my onboarding and got to shadow others in the company. I was given clear goals and guidance on my role. I got to work with new technology and utilized skills applicable to my future career. There is a lot of exciting growth happening at the company. This company is a great place to work and I had a very positive experience!

Cons

Remote setting meant it was a bit harder to connect to others in the company.
