TeleSolv Consulting Response
6yHR is built into this particular contract and managed by our Prime contractor and partner, which is independent of TeleSolv - FCi and TeleSolv are separate entities. We do not have HR representatives assigned to the contract, therefore, it is not possible for our personnel to process a worker's comp claim "on the spot". At our request, the Prime contractor now permits our personnel on the contract to call the carrier directly if there is a need to file a worker's comp claim. We are not aware of any lost paperwork. Company pay dates can be found on the employee portal. Contract wages have been established by the Department of Labor (DOL) and the Prime had several meetings with state representatives regarding wage increases. However, the increases were not supported by state representatives or DOL. As you are already aware, a large number of employees have been covered under a CBA, several years before we arrived. While we have a different perspective of the items listed in your message, we have reviewed and responded to each one. Thank you for sharing your experience on the contract. Other reviews regarding this contract are available on this website.
