Overtime pay, benefits, ability to take leave, they pay for your certifications and licensing (DSP 1 and 2, CPR First aid, RBT, CPI blue card), interacting with clients, learning about behavioral health
Cons
There are so many issues with this company that it is impossible to list it all out here. Management has no authority over employees. They befriend certain employees and were not respected. Certain employees have no heart for the job. This is just a paycheck to them. I have seen employees speak to clients in a disrespectful manner and nothing was done. Terribly disappointing place to work. The people you work with have a impact on the working environment. Unfortunately there were many people that had no integrity and poor work ethic which caused more work to fall onto others.
