Pros

1. Cordial atmosphere. The relationship amongst employees across departments is good. Even work gets accomplished due to these relationships. 2. Easy accessibility to the senior management team. They are very down to earth and do not wear their titles on their sleeves or lapels 3. Humane approach to employee benefits

Cons

1. Accountability is missing due to a nebulous performance management system 2. Role clarity is absent. Coupled with point no 1, it prevents the company from extracting more from the employees in the form of contribution. 3. Poor planning and review processes dog the progress of most initiatives. 4. Systems weak. Information flow gets stuck due to this.

Pros

Supportive leadership and growth opportunities if you are able to prove yourself. The company is still in a developmental stage and there are things that could be improved, but leadership and HR listen to concerns and I can see progress being made to improve things. In the last couple of months new, supportive leadership has been added to our crews, they are purchasing new equipment, and our voices are being heard.

Cons

Continue listening to employees and implementing changes employees want.
