The wide range of possible work offered by Telecon provides fresh new experiences that tap into the entirety of the pre-construction workflow.

Cons

At some point, the specific branch featured in Colorado shifted away from the design process and moved into a QA review role in the company. This removed a lot of the freedom involved with the different roles of design that made the company interesting to work for.

Pros

Supportive leadership and growth opportunities if you are able to prove yourself. The company is still in a developmental stage and there are things that could be improved, but leadership and HR listen to concerns and I can see progress being made to improve things. In the last couple of months new, supportive leadership has been added to our crews, they are purchasing new equipment, and our voices are being heard.

Continue listening to employees and implementing changes employees want.
