Its a good entry level job.

Cons

This job does not pay well and you don't really get much of a raise either (maybe about 50 cent a year). other company's will pay more for the same job. there is not much room to grow.

Pros

Supportive leadership and growth opportunities if you are able to prove yourself. The company is still in a developmental stage and there are things that could be improved, but leadership and HR listen to concerns and I can see progress being made to improve things. In the last couple of months new, supportive leadership has been added to our crews, they are purchasing new equipment, and our voices are being heard.

Continue listening to employees and implementing changes employees want.
