Pros

They have great technology & product base. Decent benefits (better than no benefits). Overall office environment was pleasant and collaborative (for the most part).

Cons

Most employees have manned their posts for 10+ years, making official career growth nearly impossible. They will allow you to do the extra work but you will not be compensated for it. Poor middle-management practices are not corrected, resulting in low morale, productivity, and office bullying. Policies & benefits are left to manager discretion and can be given or taken away on a whim. Accomplishments often go unnoticed while mistakes and negative accountability are blown completely out of proportion and used as disciplinary measures to keep employees "in line".
