      Pros

      Plenty of nice people to work with.

      Cons

      No engineering goals. No engineering projects. Leadership is exceptionally poor. Inexperienced management. No room for growth. They hire inexperienced entry level engineers to tell them what to do. Training are rarely granted. Industry is going nowhere. Technology from the 70s and you're hired to fix problems that have existed for that long. Saddest part is that you have no choice but to walk around and listen to those people who have created these problems in the first place.
