Pros

None other than they do have nice friendly employees in Production and lower Supervisor positions

Cons

They terminate regularly. They hire Temporaries and then discard them at the end of the year. Seldom allow Temporaries to be hired full time as permanent employees. Upper management is vengeful and terminates any who question their agenda. They waste time and money because of their attitudes. One of their pet sayings is "I don't care how you use to do things." They've allowed expensive equipment to sit idle because they either bought the wrong model or that they aren't skilled in how to use the equipment. They also never recognize a person's true abilities, and rely on their choices by whether they like the person or not. They are fond of "yes people" who grovel to them and yet seldom can accomplish their jobs with out others helping them, and the helper never get the credit. They love Government contracts because the Government allows for cost over runs easily. They also only want contracts that insure them of getting 17% or more profit margins. There is no profit sharing, and only upper management gets Stock Options as part of their contract package.
